Fintech, start of the contest for startups: in the field of Cdp Venture Capital

The new call for application of the acceleration program launched together with Digital Magics, Startupbootcamp, Fintech District, Nexi and Credem kicks off on May 31st. It aims to support companies that have developed innovative services and solutions 20 Apr 2022

The new call for application of Fin + Tech, the acceleration program dedicated to startups that develop solutions and services in the fintech and insurtech fields, part of the CDP National Accelerators Network, started on May 31st, born from an initiative of Cdp Venture Capital together Digital Magics, Startupbootcamp, Fintech District, Nexi and Credem as promoters. The “Demo Day” last April 12 concluded the first cycle of the acceleration program. During the event, the 16 startups participating presented their projects to all promoters, partners and numerous investors of the Italian ecosystem, showing the important growth resulting from these months of collaboration. On this occasion, the program of the new call was announced, which opens the important growth opportunity to new startups, both Italian and foreign, who intend to open an office in Italy, who can apply on the website until September 2022. The selected companies will benefit from an initial investment and an acceleration path that will take place from October to March, in which they will receive the support of a network of mentors, sector corporations and the venture capital world. Numerous corporate members have joined: Anima Sgr, Banca CF +, Banca Mediolanum, Base Digitale, Bnl Gruppo Bnp Paribas, Bnp Paribas Cardif, Compass, Credem, Crif Net Insurance, Nexi and Reale Group, already present in the first phase, are also joined Intesa Sanpaolo. The technical partners renewed their commitment, Studio Legale Ferrari Pedeferri Boni (Fpb), ItaliaFintech, Italian Insurtech Association and Swiss Insurtech Hub, and Consob as institutional partner of the initiative through the Consob Tech working group. The three-year Fin + Tech program aims to create a strong ecosystem at a national level and increasingly attractive for startups and international investors.
